DEPOSIT

To secure your order, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit of $50-$75. The remaining balance must be settled the day before delivery without exception. In the event that payment is not received by the scheduled day, your delivery will be prioritized after others.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

For those in need of urgent delivery on the same day, an additional fee of $50 will apply.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

We prioritize safety and will only proceed with delivery once the weather conditions have cleared. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule for a different date, subject to availability.

CANCEL/RESCHEDULE

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please kindly inform us 24-48 hours in advance.

REFUND

In the case of inclement weather, only the deposit will be eligible for a refund.
